SOOTHE Tea Bath

Caffeine-Free Purple Dream (Butterfly Pea) Tea Bath with Calendula, Hibiscus, Lavender, Peppermint, & Epsom Salt.

Instructions: Run a warm/hot bath with the bag hanging beneath the nozzle to rehydrate/warm the herbs as the water runs. Once the bath is full, you may place the tea bag in the bath if you'd like a stronger sleepytime feeling. Flatten to dry & reuse 2-3 times.
